Blackberry created her own business “Capitol Chic Designs” and became the first African American to have her entire line picked up by Michael’s Craft Stores. Along with the success of her products, Blackberry was one of the founding members of MetaCulture, as well as created The Black Altspacers group to bring more attention to diversity in the metaverse.
